Send us an email, tell us what you want.
We can send you the price with postage.
Please do NOT send us your credit card information through the email.

Terms of Payment!

A 10% deposit will secure an estimated delivery date.
The balance is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made. You may pick up the instrument at our shop or we will deliver it to you at your direction.
If we ship an instrument, we like to use overnight shipping by UPS.

The cost of shipping is not added to sale price for domestic customer.

For the international buyers, we will take an half of total charge after informed the exact total delivery costs by UPS to relieve and to share expensive international delivery charges with customers in worldwide.

Wire transfer is most recommended method to pay.
Our bank account details will be sent you with recent price list if you request.


Guarantee!

We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee on all instruments.
If you are not satisfied with your new instrument, please let us know within 60 days from delivery.
We will make arrangements for its return and the purchase price will be completely refunded after check no harm done.
Therefore, the instrument must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
At this situation, delivery costs are all customer's defrayment.
Because at first delivery we taked an half of costs,we wish your fully understanding!!


Delivery!

I usually complete the order right on time, give or take a week or two.
If there were to be any significant delays, I would contact you well in advance.

We usually use domestic delivery service company for domestic sale.
It is very fast and overnight within 1 day in domestic.

For the insternational delivery, we usually use UPS and it will take a week or two.
We are continually looking for other cheap and efficient delivery company and method.
As mentioned above, we will take an half of total delivery costs to share it with customers.
